We develop call plans for all customer calls to ensure alignment on definition of success among all team members and to ensure presentations will meet the customer's expectations. We can then either attend the meeting with your sales reps, coach them before and after the meeting or can (given the corresponding agreements), present and gain customer agreement on our own.
